BIO:
Suicidal Madness was born on a day in 2010 on the initiative of Psycho ( guitars) who was soon joined by Saddy ( vocals ), Alrinack ( bass ), and Molasar ( battery ), all three equal members of the group P.H.T.O. based in Evreaux in High-Normandie. The first compositions announce the color of the ones to follow, a depressive and suicidal black metal. Tragedy struck the band in the early days of 2011, when upon completion of the first demo, Molasar decided that this was the end of his days on Earth. Finding themselves without a drummer, the band decided to soldier on without their fallen brother using a drum machine. It's Malsain of the band Sombre Croisade ( in which Alrinack also plays) who picked up the drumsticks and became henceforth a permanent member of Suicidal Madness. The demo " Les Tourments de L'Âme" was then finalized and self-released a few months later on CD-R and afterwards a k7 version on the sulfurous label D.U.K.E. (Die Unaussprechlichen Kulten Editions). Amongst the chaos, they helped create the compilation baptized " Molasar's Dreams" which reunited all the bands and projects of Molasar's close friends. The goal of which was to honor and exemplify his love of music. At the breast of the collaboration were the bands; P.H.T.O., Suicidal Madness, Sombre Croisade, Loup Noir, Asphodeles, Blukovla, Vils Serpents, Vision and Temple. Another compilation " Tribute to Molasar" in two volumes reunited the bands from the previous compilation came out as a k7 version on Québec label Atramentum Productions.
In January of 2012 ( practically the day after the death anniversary of Molasar), Suicidal Madness played their first concert supporting Nocturnal Deppression. March 2012, a split CD with Sombre Croisade was released on Mortis Humanae Productions; and a k7 version came out on D.U.K.E. A short time later. A year later, March of 2013, the band put out their second demo " Au Crépuscule d'une Vie" and a few months later out on Mortis Humanae Productions. In June of 2015 " Au Crépuscule d'une Vie" came out on cassette via Death to Peace Productions in Canada.

The music of Suicidal Madness became more melodic and airy as opposed to previous efforts, always retaining a melancholic side.

Debuting in 2015, the first full length album " Les Larmes du Passé" will be out on German label Winterwolf Records....
